Tuna (2 pieces)

Chives (14 pieces)

Potatoes (4 pieces)

pickled cucumber (one glass)

peas (half cup)

corn (half cup)

Carrot (half cup)

dill and parsley (one glass)

Mayonnaise (optional)

Sour lemon juice (as needed)

Salt and black pepper (as needed)

Preparation steps of tuna and onion salad

To prepare tuna and onion salad, you must first boil the potatoes. When the potatoes are completely cooled, cut them into gems. Cook the corn, carrots and peas and drain. Then wash the scallions well and chop them evenly. The size of the scallions is completely up to your taste, but it is better to chop them according to the size of the other ingredients. Put the tuna in the water and let it boil for at least twenty minutes.

Next, let the tuna cool and then open the lid. Remove the tuna oil completely and put the tuna in a suitable container. Open the meat with a fork and add the potatoes to it. Wash the pickled cucumbers and finely chop them. Put the chopped pickles in the container and add the onions. Add cooked corn and peas to the ingredients. Chop the cooked carrots into small pieces and put them in the bowl.

In the next step of preparing the tuna and chives salad, finely chop the dill and parsley, add to the rest of the ingredients and finally add salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients well and then add mayonnaise to it. Mix the ingredients well so that all the salad is covered with the sauce.
